The National Union of Saharawi Women is sponsoring these days the Second International Symposium on Women and Ressistence which is due to start this Sunday, March 21st, in the Saharawi Refugee Camps with the participation of more than 130 international female figures, announced on Thursday , the Secretary General of, NUSW, Mrs. Fatma El-Mehdi.
The Saharawi Women´s leader has affirmed in a statement to the Saharawi News Agency (SPS), that the two-days Colloquium, held by political and female figures and lawyers from all over the world, will discuss experiences of women resistance in several countries, notably in the so-called third world where the women are playing very important role and also will streghthen the ties between the saharawi women and the other women´s organizations all over the world.
